1. List only a machine you control
You must own or have authorization to rent the GPU and the computer or cloud instance containing it. Verify that your power, internet, software licenses, hosting agreement, and local law allow third-party access. Describe the actual GPU model, available VRAM, general location, and realistic capabilities. Set your own hourly price in U.S. dollars; the current platform fee is 25% of each rental price.
2. Prepare safe renter access
Install and maintain appropriate GPU drivers and verify that the advertised GPU is usable. Give renters a dedicated, non-administrator account, isolated container, or secure workspace. Never supply your personal or root login. Test the exact SSH command or HTTPS link from outside your own network before publishing. Keep the machine powered, connected, and reachable during each paid period. Do not place your private files, keys, or other customers' data in the renter environment.
3. Keep connection details current
The site encrypts and stores the instructions you enter. It reveals them to the renter only after Stripe confirms payment. Update the instructions promptly if the endpoint or login changes. Protect the Google account you use to manage your listing. Pause your listing before planned maintenance or whenever you cannot honor a booking. A pending checkout temporarily reserves the machine; a paid rental blocks another booking until its period ends.
4. Fulfill and end each rental
A rental starts when payment clears. Provide the advertised GPU for the whole selected duration and help a renter with a connection failure in a timely way. The site does not remotely terminate a session. At the end of each rental, disable or rotate the renter credentials and clear renter files according to your published practices and applicable law. Do not access, copy, or use renter workloads except when necessary to support the rental, address abuse, or comply with law.
5. Payouts and problems
Complete Stripe Connect onboarding and keep payout details accurate. Stripe must report charges and payouts enabled before your listing accepts payment. Your stated share is 75% of the rental price before possible reversals, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processor adjustments. Respond to access complaints with relevant facts. We may pause a listing, withhold future bookings, or recover amounts when a rental is refunded or disputed.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not advertise hardware you cannot deliver, manipulate availability or pricing after checkout, demand off-platform payment, install monitoring that captures renter secrets, host unlawful services, or provide insecure access that jeopardizes renters or other users. You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, equipment, and regulatory obligations.
